Dysani: The intent means they know how to do what I need them to do,
And for the most part, they dissipate back into magic after an hour.
But if new intent is given to them, they stick around until that’s done, and so on.
As a pet, as a wild critter in a big city, or even as dinner… If it has a reason to be maintained, they latch on and stay.
I can do the same thing with food, materials, just about anything.
Vela: …Magic Lady, that’s insane.
Dysani: Hah! Nah, that’s one of my more tame tricks.

Hmm… if she manifested a burger, and ate it, and absorbed its nutrients, then would the waste cease to exist because its waste? No-poop glitch?
Actually, no! That falls under the “new intent” clause; you expect the food to result in waste, so it results in waste! That waste might fade once it’s out of sight and out of mind, but it’d go through the whole process of digestion normally.
(Yes, this is something I have thought about.)
