Vela: Vela isn’t really able to lie,
Dysani: (thinking) “Able?”
Vela: So Keeper taught her how to lie with the truth.
Vela: That’s the feeling Vela gets from Ocean Man.
Vela: He wasn’t lying to us, but…
Dysani: There was a lot he left out?
Vela: Yeah.
Dysani: Ah- here’s our room.
Vela: Vela hopes it’s a nice room! But anything’s better than the Dreadstar… It’ll be nice to sleep in a place not on that ship.
Excuse you, the Dreadstar has only the most comfortable of cargo holds. The Black Hole Gang has NEVER had a box complain until Vela showed up.
I feel like that’s more incriminating than anything Vela could say about her accommodations.
Didn’t Vela sleep on Dysani’s front lawn?
A short nap is not comparable to a full night’s rest!
